Not sure how Mothman would wind up in Arkham, considering Watchmen is a story that clearly doesn't take place in the DC universe proper. Although if Geoff Johns wrote this, he'd totally have him get accidentally transported from Earth-Watchmen to New Earth (or Earth-1, whichever earth we're on right now). It'd be worth it just to have Mothman run into Killer Moth. Has to happen.
